Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Dianne DelReyes, and I am the founder of The Anti Aging Artist.
If you want to know why I’ve become known as the Anti Aging Artist, it’s because ten years ago at age 36, after finishing my master’s degree in Chinese medicine, I ended up in the Cardiologist’s office and was also told by my now dear friend and yoga teacher that I had the body of an old lady…. “WHAT!?!” I am too young to feel and look this old…
So for the past ten years I’ve enhanced my Chinese medicine knowledge and studied holistic nutrition and lifestyle to COMPLETELY turn my life and health around.
Today at age 46, strangers commonly tell me that they can’t believe I have a daughter who is a junior in college.
More importantly, I now get to share all of my 10 years of combined Chinese medicine, lifestyle, and nutrition knowledge with women like you across the globe.

My approach is to blend the best of the east with the best of the west. I will incorporate the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine principles with sound holistic nutrition and lifestyle choices.
A holistic approach to health and wellness, means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
I will also take into account your specific bio-individuality: The concept of bio-individuality and the principle of Chinese Medicine are very similar. What bio-individuality means is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I use a personalized, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success!
