How to Have More Stamina & Feel Sexier SOON!

Here in Portland, we got an amazing glimpse into summer yesterday. The sun was beaming and the temperature was in the low 70’s! Yahoo!

Everyone was out and about. People were on their bikes, walking everywhere, jogging, it was awesome, and I was inspired!  Everyone was shedding their layers, and it reminded me how excited I am to share my upcoming 21 Days  to…. because not everybody is quite ready to shed…

Are you ready to SHED your layers? I know, you can take that so many ways, right?

I don’t know about you, but I want to feel amazing this summer, and I don’t know a better way to jump start my STAMINA, and feel SLIMMER & SEXIER than to do my cleansing program.

  1. Do you often feel bloated, constipated or congested?
  2. Have you gained unwanted pounds regardless of whether your eating more food?
  3. Do you frequently feel tired and low on energy?

Although this is only part of the list, I will share more of the list this week, but I think many of us can relate to one or more of these. When I feel any of this, I do NOT feel CONFIDENT or SEXY, do you?
