Steel Cut Oats, A Breakfast for Champions

This is such a great way to start off your day, I know it is for me! This morning I am raring to go with my Steel-Cut Oatmeal. This breakfast is packed with Protein, Fiber and Omega 3’s!

So easy…

  • Organic Steel Cut Oats, cook as directed
  • Handful of nuts such as chopped walnuts or almonds
  • Palmful of Organic Dried Cranberries
  • Dark Organic Maple Syrup or Raw Honey to taste
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/2 Sliced Organic Banana or chopped Apples
  • Cinnamon

Get creative, you can add whatever you like, other seeds, other fruit, (I like peaches and berries in this too). You will feel so great after eating this, completely satiated and ready to start your day…
