This has helped me on numerous occasions when I felt an afternoon slump... it does make you want to just keep going.

		<description>Yes! Thank you for posting about these oh-so common energy drainers!!  I hope everyone gets the connection that what we eat, how much or little we move our bodies, the amount of sleep we get, and how much water we drink can have such a HUGE effect on how we feel!!! I always tell my fitness training clients that if they just commit to exercising for 10 minutes (even when they are tired) it will be okay - by the 10 minute mark their energy kicks into gear and they will have the oompf to continue!! Gotta get the blood flowing!! Great post!
